This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Joslin Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information when you access or use the Geo Snips mobile application (the "App") and any related websites, features, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
In short: Geo Snips is a single-player geography quiz. It has no user accounts, and we do not ask you for your name, email, or similar personal details. The game is free and supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob; to deliver those ads, our advertising partner processes limited technical and device information. We serve non-personalized (contextual) ads so the game remains suitable for a broad audience, including children.
Certain provisions of this Policy, including those relating to personalized advertising and related opt-out rights, apply only where such features are enabled or where required by applicable law.
1. Overview
Geo Snips is a single-player educational game. We do not operate user accounts and do not collect contact details from you. The App is free and supported by third-party advertising (see Section 5). To serve and measure ads, our advertising partner processes limited device and usage information as described below. Your game settings and progress are stored only on your device.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, account credentials (the App has no accounts), precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
B. Advertising Information
To support the App through advertising, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) and its providers may process certain information, including:
- device information (such as device model, operating system, and language);
- IP address (used for coarse, non-precise location and for fraud prevention);
- advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising Identifier or Apple Identifier for Advertisers), where available and where personalized advertising is enabled;
- ad interaction data, ad impressions, and advertising performance information.
Where ads are served on a non-personalized basis, advertising identifiers are not used to build user profiles or to serve interest-based advertising. Advertising services are currently provided through Google AdMob and other providers that may be introduced in the future.
C. Information Stored on Your Device
So that you can play, the App saves certain information locally on your device only, including your settings (such as background theme and sound preferences), your game progress (level, experience points, and unlocked backgrounds), your statistics (games played, accuracy, and streaks), and your best scores. This information is stored solely on your device, is never transmitted to us, is not accessible to us, and can be cleared by you at any time using the in-app reset option (on the Profile screen) or by uninstalling the App.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- operate the game and remember your settings and progress on your device;
- serve, measure, and cap the frequency of advertisements;
- detect and prevent advertising fraud and abuse;
- maintain and improve the performance of the Services; and
- comply with legal obligations.
4. Children's Privacy
Geo Snips is a family-friendly, educational game suitable for players of all ages, including children. We take children's privacy seriously and design the Services to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), and the Google Play Families and Apple App Store Kids policies.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising shown to children, or in contexts that may include children, is limited to non-personalized (contextual) advertising served through certified, family-appropriate ad networks. We do not permit interest-based profiling of children or the use of children's information to serve behavioral advertising. Parents or guardians with questions may contact us using the information in Section 12.
5. Advertising
The App is free and supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. We may display:
- Banner advertisements shown within certain screens; and
- Interstitial (full-screen) advertisements shown occasionally at natural breaks in play — for example, after a number of questions or after completing several games.
At present, advertisements are served on a non-personalized (contextual) basis. Such ads are based on general, non-precise context (such as the country associated with your IP address and the nature of the app) rather than on a profile of you or your interests.
If, in the future, we enable personalized advertising for eligible users who are not children and where valid consent is obtained (where required), we will update this Policy accordingly. Personalized advertising will never be served to users identified as children.
Google's use of information for advertising is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Google's "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:
A. Service Providers
Including Google AdMob and Google, which may process information solely to provide advertising and related services on our behalf.
B. Legal Requirements
We may disclose information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud, enforce our agreements, or protect the security or integrity of the Services.
Certain advertising-related disclosures involving advertising identifiers may constitute "sharing" under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the "CCPA"), but only where personalized advertising is enabled. See Section 11.
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party service:
- Google AdMob — advertising.
Additional advertising, analytics, or related providers may be introduced in the future, in which case this Policy will be updated. These third parties maintain their own privacy practices, governed by their respective privacy policies. The App is distributed through the Google Play Store and, in the future, the Apple App Store, whose own policies also apply.
8. Data Security
We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information appropriate to an application of this nature. Information stored on your device stays on your device. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
Information stored locally on your device remains on your device until you clear it using the in-app reset option or uninstall the App. Advertising information processed by our advertising partner is retained in accordance with that partner's own retention practices and applicable law. We do not maintain personal profiles about you on our own systems.
10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
You can access, modify, or delete the information stored on your device at any time using the in-app settings and reset options or by uninstalling the App.
You can also control advertising through your device settings. Depending on your device, you may reset your advertising identifier, limit ad tracking, or opt out of personalized advertising. If you disable personalized advertising, advertisements will continue to appear but will be non-personalized or contextual.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA (for example, to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, or to opt out of "sharing"). To exercise any such right, contact us using the information in Section 12.
11. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. Under the CCPA, the term "share" has a broader meaning and can include making advertising identifiers available to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, even where no money changes hands.
Where personalized advertising is enabled, this activity may constitute "sharing" under California law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under sixteen (16) years of age, and we do not serve personalized advertising to children.
California residents may direct us not to share their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising by adjusting the personalized-advertising controls on their device or by contacting us at info@realmforgeapp.com. After a valid request, advertisements will continue to appear but may become non-personalized or contextual.
